Every project is a little different, so most work is quoted as a fixed fee based on what you actually need.
The prices below are there to give you a sensible starting point before you get in touch. Once I understand the job, I'll confirm exactly what's included and give you a fixed project fee before any work begins.
You don't need to know exactly which service or package you need. Tell me what you're trying to achieve and I'll help work out the most sensible way to approach it.
No unexpected costs
Before work begins, you’ll know what your project will cost. Most projects are quoted as a fixed fee based on the agreed scope, so it will be clear what is included from the outset.
Projects sometimes change as the work develops. If you ask for something outside the original scope, I’ll explain how it affects the price or timetable and confirm the additional cost before going ahead. Nothing will be added to your invoice without discussing it with you first.
Payment
For projects under £300, payment is made in full before work begins.
For projects over £300, a 50% deposit secures the project, with the remaining balance due once the work is approved and before final files are supplied.
Ongoing support is paid monthly in advance.
